Louise Bate, Certified Yoga Instructor
After studying and practicing yoga for a number of years while experiencing its myriad of benefits firsthand, Louise became inspired to assist others on this journey of living well. Through a combination of college courses and teacher training programs, Louise became formally certified in 2002 and hasn’t looked back since!
Louise has been privileged to teach children, senior and peers while designing and leading workshops, volunteering at the YMCA and continuing her education through research, various retreats

Veronica Johnson, Certified Yoga Instructor
Veronica lives both her personal and professional lives practicing, and teaching her life passions: yoga and art.
Her journey of practicing yoga began over 37 years ago when she became inspired by her Yogi sister/yoga teacher. Veronica has now been teaching and co-running a successful yoga business for more than 12 transformative years.
With more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, Veronica combined her 2 passions to create “yoga art”, some of which can be seen on the studio walls.
Certified as a yoga teacher through the YMCA, Veronica has continued her yoga education through numerous courses, workshops, and retreats. Veronica has been involved with and taught classes for the Gilda Club and ALS, the Cancer Society, the SPCA and the YMCA.
Her intention as a yoga teacher is to always live and teach from her heart, inspiring and guiding students to discover their true authentic Self and to provide the information and tools that will spark a journey into self-discovery.
Allison Jones, Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor
Allison is happy to be joining the Blair Chiropractic team as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Fitness provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle which is the perfect fit for the Health and Wellness Centre.
A longtime resident of Barrie, Allison is excited to be bringing strength and endurance training to those that don’t want the big gym experience. Providing training on a personal basis will empower individuals to train at their level in a
As a marathon runner, Allison has coached many individuals to run. She has led multiple people to successfully reach their running goals. Allison is a firm believer that Fitness is to be enjoyed; if you enjoy it you will love doing it!
Credentials: Certified through Can Fit Pro: Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Active Aging, Foundations of Eating Clean, Emergency First Aid, CPR level C / AED
